The axis of influence in beauty is undergoing a dramatic shift, as blue chip beauty companies’ power gives way to the rise of rapidly scaling indie beauty brands.

CB Insights reported that deals to beauty and grooming startups were “racing toward an all-time high in 2017,” with growth in “plant-based ingredients and customized products” driving momentum.  A clutch of beauty brands are becoming more akin to laboratories, inviting consumers to mix and create their own concoctions, tailored to their skincare needs or color whims. With the rise in this trend Tanologist launches a totally customisable product range.

Revolutionising the world of self-tan, Tanologist eschews ‘ one size fits all’ tanning for tailored innovative formulas, infused with skin- loving ingredients to deliver a natural looking, tailor-made glow.

We were tasked with giving the brand a name and creating packaging solutions that balanced both the technical aspects of the brand with its clean, organic, ethical stance.
