When we opened the first Carluccio’s caffe our aim was to provide great quality and authentic Italian food at sensible prices. We wanted to allow informal but excellent service to our customers, the aim remains the same today.
“If I could take only the basics of Italian food with me to a desert island, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose hard grained flour, tomatoes, olive oil and parmesan cheese. If I could take some flavourings I would take some basil and garlic”
The new concept will focus on seasonality and dining throughout the day, responding to changing mood and needs depending on time of day.
We will look to develop and refine a new concept that will be reviewed and implemented through 2019.
