Deep Blue

An inclusive aesthetic designed to appeal to all

Author have been working with Deep Blue Restaurants; a market leader in the UKs fish and chip restaurant sector. Having originally been tasked with creating a model for takeaway and restaurant roll-out our role has evolved into brand guardian as we have started to re-visit the overall brand language of Deep Blue.

By keeping a series of core customer types at the heart of our strategy we have begun an overhaul of their logo, marketing collateral and packaging through to menu design that will appeal to a broad sector of the UK from families on British coastal holidays to retirees on coach trips.

A strong emphasis on local and regional

The design is at heart inclusive and relaxed with a strong sense of the local brought into the mix through the use of site-specific illustrations, vintage inspired holiday posters and maps of the area.
